Hi---I'm Ricki Schultz. And don't worry about spelling that correctly, because no one ever does.
Originally from Ohio, I am a writer currently based in Virginia. I taught English lit, grammar, creative writing, print journalism, and broadcast journalism to middle school, junior high, and high school students in Cleveland and Atlanta before my move to the Old Dominion.
I am a contributor to Writer's Digest Books, I interview literary agents for the Guide to Literary Agents blog, and two of my contemporary YA manuscripts have won awards. In addition to freelance writing and editing, I teach at writers' conferences and am the coordinator of the online writing community, the Write-Brained Network.
